Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/19/2023(UTC) Posts: 0 Location: CA		Hello, I have a KitchenAid combo Microwave/Oven Wall Unit, KOCE500ESS05. It is showing error code F6E8 and sporadically "Close (MW) Door". I have followed the troubleshooting via the Service Technician's Manual, W10756611B, but to no avail. I have ordered and replaced the following: Main unit fuse 20A/250V Fuse 2 Door Switches AM Control Board W10915648 (AppliancePartsPros order #15322052) UI Panl-Cntrl W11093254 (AppliancePartsPros order #15335195) All of the above has continuity and is functioning. However, F6E8 Error persists. In the Diagnostics control screen, I do note that the MWO AM software version reads 00.00.00.00. Also, the HMI SN does not read a SN. Is there a programming sequence that needs to be completed after the new AM control board is installed? Really appreciate any guidance that you can give. Many thanks!
