I disconnected the "module" from the compressor and measured from the 3 holes that the motor pins would go in. They measure 100vac but the compressor shows no sign of life, no noise, no vibration. Is the motor shot?

However, if the voltage was specifically 100VAC when measured, it would be likely that the main control WR55X38248 is not sending proper voltage to the compressor.
