When plugged in, the cooling fan runs. The motor has 3 wires going in. I disconnected the "module" from the compressor and measured from the 3 holes that the motor pins would go in. They measure 100vac but the compressor shows no sign of life, no noise, no vibration. Is the motor shot?

Jsmithe, if the voltage reading was 115-120VAC when measured at the pins, the compressor has certainly failed. However, if the voltage was specifically 100VAC when measured, it would be likely that the main control WR55X38248 is not sending proper voltage to the compressor.
