The freezer fan stopped working the other day so I did the first thing that came to mind and replaced the fan. After that didn't work, I checked the continuity on the new and old fan and they are both find. I've since tried a hard reset by unplugging it for 5-10 minutes and tried resetting by holding both power freeze buttons, still no luck. I checked the voltage going into the plug and I'm getting 2.5v but that with the door open so the fan shouldn't run anyway I think. The freezer is still cooling on all settings including power freeze but no fan on any setting? At this point I'm stumped, shot of replacing the board, but which board controls the fan?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Yeah mine says the same thing so I thought it was a board issue so I replaced the main board and I'm still getting the same volt numbers. It's like there is a disconnect or short somewhere between the board and the fan. Is there a hidden fuse anywhere I that wouldn't be labeled on the parts diagram? I should note the freezer cools all of the way down to -4 but on the bottom of the freezer, stuff on the top gets soft.

I don't know of any fuses. I would check the wires and connectors for damage. Test them for continuity and test for 12 volts DC on the board connector that goes to the fan. Also you could pull the fan and feed it 12 volts DC. See if it runs OK.
