Hi. I have a GE PROFILE ARCTICA. I recently put a pack of parsley on my shelves in a bag, and I have noticed that some of the leaves have frozen and the same thing with radishes, the temperature display is reading the proper temp and recently ge has replaced the damper in the fridge but the same thing is happening. I dont know if it's because the parsley was right in front of the vent on the air tower or what but all other produce and stuff and it's fine. Can someone help. thanks:mad:

I would make sure the damper is opening and closing as the temp is adjusted colder and warmer. Perhaps you could check the temp at that spot in the fridge and another spot.

Do you think it sounds like a malfunction. I checked the damper and it's opening and closing. You think the temp is just too cold and and just really close to the vent and that's why it's doing that?? Thanks/

Yes, I think I would try it just a little warmer on the fridge control.
