On top of that when I'm in this cycle setting ready for diagnostics if I press start I hear a click in the back and the number flashes. I'm truly at a lost because I can't find anything online dealing with the machine showing no error codes or not going into diagnostic mode. . Tdouble, Remove the top panel, and unplug the power cord from the outlet, locate the CCU, it's attached to the side or back wall of the cabinet. Listen closely, when you plug the cord back into the outlet, you should hear a click from the line relay on the control board. If the click occurs, use the attached tech sheet to access and check the user interface and control panel keys, and the harness between the UIC and The CCU. Review the troubleshooting information at the end of the manual, it'll help you to find a place to start the diagnosis process.

If your duet washer won't start its most likely due to a bad part behind the start button. Here's how to fix it at home for 35 cents: https://youtu.be/N8rz8sclwAg

I don't know of Scotthefixitguy, and yes he has posted the you tube video several times, but it was a quick simple temporary repair and easy for most DIY'rs to view and repair the machine. I'm sure there are other methods and components to use for a more permanent repair, but thought it would be helpful, down the line. Thanks for the update and heads up.

:) Here is a video on how to repair the broken start button using duct tape. It saves you about $300.00 on a new interface control board. Hope this helps: https://youtu.be/N8rz8sclwAgGood Luck, Scott

Thx Brandon BRT123, Happy Mom didn't post a response or an update. But , Like her and most of the people on this thread, you most likely have a problem with the user interface tabs, so you'll need to remove power and access the user interface and check for broken buttons and tabs. All the information you need is posted through out the thread(including the service manual) Once you're there and determine the problem isn't the User Interface, drop us a line, and let us know what you did find, and we'll carry on from there. Thanks,

I have a whirlpool duet wfw94heawo I tried to get into diagnosis mode by turning the control knob and I get nothing the leds switch positions like I am switching load types but will not go into diagnosis mode. I get an e01 error and see that the mcu or ccu boards could be the issue. Anyone have any idea how to diagnosis the error and how I need to move forward with this
