Maytag oven takes almost an hour to reach 350 degrees. I am a rookie at this and purchased this used oven that apparently has some issues I was not told about. Yes it did work when I purchased but and still works but not like it should. IMO the flame for oven is small, broiler not lighting at all but I smell the gas so safety valve is opening. Stovetop works fine. Any Help is greatly appreciated.:confused:

There is something wrong with your model number. I used this one to look up your range.

Most likely you have a weak igniter. Here is the part number for this model number
