First I would check to make sure that the condenser coils are clean. If they are dirty, they will not properly cool down and your fridge will not get cold enough. Next, I would check to make sure that the evaporator fan inside your fridge is working. This helps to move the cold air around. At the same time you can check to make sure that there is no ice build up on the evaporator coils.
