Ice gets made and dispenses fine into the ice container, and when the ice container is empty, the auger moves, but when ice is in the container, the auger appears to always get jammed. I have replaced the ice container and just bought from APP and replaced the auger motor. The only other apparent component in the process is the shaft that goes between the ice container and the auger motor, but that appears fine upon inspection (the dispenser door to the outside opens fine, the ice doesn't hardly get into the blades section and just appears to jam up the bottom of the ice container, with the auger lacking power to force the ice through the process). So any help in diagnosing the problem at this point would be appreciated. (Also, I checked the parts diagram in case there was some sort of further coupler between the many flanged coupler on the bottom of the ice container and the 6 sided auger shaft top, but there does not appear to be one, though that does appear to be an odd less than tight sort of connection.) Just to clarify, the auger motor is running, and the water dispenser separately is working.
