Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/18/2008(UTC) Posts: 4		I Did A Load Of Laundry, Put It In The Dryer Then Threw Another Load In And When I Went Downstairs To Switch Them My Washer Was Stopped On The Rinse Cycle With Water In It. I Tried All Other Settings And Cycles, But Nothing Happened.the Timer Makes A Buzzing Noise So Im Assuming Its Not That. Can Anyone Give Me An Idea Of What Could Be The Culprit?

Does the timer advance or just buzz? If the motor runs but washer does not agitate, drain or spin, it's likely a bad motor coupler. If it doesn't run and makes no sound (humming?) but timer advances normally, it's likely a bad timer. If the timer does not advance, it's likely a bad lid switch. Eric
