Washer Will Fill With Water But Will Not Agitate Or Spin, Just Makes Humming Sound..then After 1 Minute It Will Drain..i Replaced The Agitator Coupling Kit..but Didn't Fix It...what Next?

Is the timer dial moving while it's filling?

It's not supposed to move while filling. You may have a bad timer but I would check the inverter for error codes as well. Remove the front panel and check the flashing LED on the inverter board on top of the motor. With the washer in standby, it should be flashing on/off every second and with the washer running it should be on/off every 1/2 second. If there is an error code, it will flash the error number such as 4 quick flashes and then off within a 6 second period is error code 4.
