Hello friends,
Basket stopped spinning, giving a 6 flashing fault code. Disconnected the drive belt from motor/pulley and the motor spins with no error(but obviously no load on the motor). The pulley spins with no resistance, but the shifter is engaged so the basket is also turning. Tried checking resistance across the C7 pins, but is there a way to check or manually actuate the engagement to verify function? I know 6 lights is a motor fault, but torn on path forward because i do not hear or see the shifter moving up and down when running a cycle...and the motor runs without a belt.
