I am trying to remove the back panel of the freezer so that I can thaw out the drain area which is currently frozen and causing leakage in the fridge. See pic attached. I am trying to coach my daughter how to do this over Facetime (skype). She pried off the top of it but the rest won't come off. Any ideas? Thanks.
Paul:)

Hello Paul,

She has to remove the ice cube tray support on the left side.

The model number you posted is incorrect.

Gene.
