Hello Denman, I have some problem as other. Water do not drain completely. I already did basic troubleshooting like checking for clog. I would suspect a drain flapper, but I would like to get a seconds opinion from specialist. Could you let me know if flapper should close all the way or only partially (about 3/4).... I am not 100% sure but it looks like it should close further. I would remove the solenoid and try the flapper without it. Also check if it is slipping on the shaft. |
