Hello,

I found this part is available, but I wonder is it difficult to replace the door switch for this fridge ? I was under the impression that the liners are filled with foam after parts are put in, making it difficult to access the parts.

Anyway, I open the door and no light comes on and the switch has lost its spring so I figured I'd start with the switch.

Can I access the switch by removing a side panel or do I pop the switch out from inside (the liner - it seems fit too hard to do that ) ? Is it easy ?

Thanks & please advise.

It just pops out with a small screwdriver. Looking at the picture there is a clip on the side of the new one which holds it in place when you put it in.
