Hi. First of all check if the motor will run without the belts. If the problem is still there - pull out the timer, take the cover off and check all the contacts for burns and discolorations. See if you can clean the contacts with the finest sand paper. Reassemble and try. Doesn't work - replace the timer. The timer Part number: 22001255

Thank you Simon/APP Team I took off the belts and the motor just hum,when I turned the shaft and the motor started running but it will not start on it's own.So I think I need a new motor.

Hi.
Most likely it's the motor but still there is the chance that the timer is bad. Get both of them and return unused one. The APP will take it back even if you installed it.
