It is losing the ability to heat food at the same rate that is has in the past. I tested the temp rise with 32oz of water and the temp rose 12 degrees in one min on high power. Do the magnetrons lose power over time or do I have another issue. Thanks for the help Mike

The chance that it's the magnetron is 50/50. Try to replace it. If it will work - you are lucky. The good think that you can return any parts even if they been installed.
