ok 13 degrees in freezer 37 in fridge & fan stopped running ( for now ) ?

fan is running and freezer is around 15 degrees

Now The Freezer Is Running Constantly And At 22 Degrees And The Fridge Is At 41 Degrees

Hi Todd,
I checked all our previous conversations and I did not find any report from you on checking the defrost heater for continuity.
Did you do this test? if you did it what was the result?
If you did not do it yet then do it and post the result.
You can do it from the main control board by doing the following: unplug the refrigerator. Remove the wire from the terminal J9 at the control board and measure the resistance between this wire and neutral (pin 9 on the J7 connector - orange wire). The freezer must be cold at this time.

ok took the readings with 2 different multimeters,first one no reading at all 2nd one oc code which is open circuit i guess.???

If you did everything correct and you already replaced the overtemperature thermostat, then the defrost heater is bad. - The defrost heater Part number: AP3183311
