Is the thermal fuse on the blower housing or on the burner housing. Iam having trouble locating this. The dryer will not start or do anything. checked incoming power-good. Any ideas would be great.

Good questions, I looked at the diagram and it looks like it would be on the heating element or duct work, should look something like this. WHIRLPOOL Sub La - 1053, part number: AP4055834Any thermostat or fuse should simple check closed with a ohm meter.

T - Stat Hi Limit Part Number: AP4056436 I cant seem to find a match to this on my dryer I found one that is similar, but it has 4 wires on it.
