To troubleshoot it, we need to test a few of the components (This helps prevent unnecessary replacement of parts that are good). Do you have a meter? Can you do a little electrical testing?

Start at the power source. You're looking for 240VAC (or pretty close to it) at the outlet. Further test to make sure there is 120VAC from each of the hot legs in the outlet to the ground (or neutral, if you have a 4-conductor receptacle).

After confirming the correct power at the outlet, try the dryer in all of the drying cycles. If you get action in one cycle, and not onothr, it's a fair bet that the trouble is with the timer.

Let us know what you find.

Check the door switch. You can also check the start switch. They rarely fail, but since you're already into the console, it can't hurt to check it.

Without a schematic, I also don't know which timer contacts to test. Did you test the door switch?
