Well, I don't know why, but for some reason, two of my posts in this thread have disappeared. They show up on my notebook that I just closed the lid on after posting them shortly before Christmas, but if I open a new tab they are both gone. I have basically been off line since then due to this cold still.

Anyhow, weird seems to follow me. I wanted to thank the both of you for all your help on this clothes washer issue. I have not bought a new one yet, but am still looking. I might start a new thread with the machine I am contemplating.

In the mean time, the manual turning of the agitator seems to be doing the trick....

Oh, do either of you know if the timer is a common one that can be used on other machines? I am thinking of pulling it and selling it on **** when I get my new machine before they haul the old one away, but if it is only good for this model, seems the market will be quite small.
