The "Time Cook" button on my microwave doesn't work anymore, all of the other buttons work and we're still able to use the microwave by using the "30 second" button.

I was thinking of fixing the problem by replacing the Control Panel Assembly, part# WB07X10626.

I found the part (#120) on the GE parts diagram: https://genet.geappliances.com/I...0048500/00048520.p01.pdf

Could anyone give me their opinion on whether this would fix my issue?

Is it as simple as I think it is?
1. Remove the griddle,
2. unscrew the panel screw, slide it up and out,
3. unplug it
4. swap it out with the new control panel

I don't want to do anything stupid.

I found this part, the Key Panel,
GE WB27X10677 Key Panel, AP3203231 | AppliancePartsPros.com

is this more precisely what I need to replace instead?
