911.41485890 The mircowave part is not spinning and not heating up. Is it a belt that needs replaced or a part? Any ideas? Thanks.

The first thing I would check is the secondary interlock switch (on the door frame). With the door closed the switch should be closed.

- The part number for the switch is AP2024337

It appears that everything is working but the turntable and heat. Your recommending to replace this piece completely? Once this is replaced, it should work? I want to make sure I understand. Thanks.

I did not recommend to replace it. I did recommend to check it and replace only if it's bad. You have to check it for continuity.

A bad monitor switch will cause this to happen.
