Jasd, There are several tests you will need to perform, to properly diagnose the problem. Your technical data sheet, should be located on the backside of the kickplate grille. If you have a multimeter, you may want to perform the following test at the mother board, so we'll have a better sense of direction to take. Check for 120VAC at connector J7-9
