We have a jenn-air svu48600 and am getting an pf during cooking when the oven gets hot about 400 degrees. we replaced the panel board with a new one because our oven is 12 years old. Everything else works fine, but now its starting to fail. Replaced the board but are getting an f-7 error message and the clock doesn't work either.

Mtauber, First off, the F7 error code, usually indicates a "stuck" keypab on the control panel mwmbrane pad. You said you replaced the "panel board", If you mean the digital display in the front, you need to check and make sure you have the ribbon connector properly and tightly inserted and attached to the control, then replace the control panel.

Check and make sure the cooling fan comes on within a few minutes when you program a self clean cycle, That will tell us if the cooling fan is operable and we can start to consider the main relay board,on the back of the range,

When the board deteriorates, you can, and will get a lot of irratic problems and issues.

Thanks and Good Luck,

:) :) :)
