Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/28/2010(UTC) Posts: 3		My microwave turntable does not turn and the interior light does not come on while cooking. When I place a glass of water in the microwave it heats very quickly not sure why.

Remove the bottom panel and measure the voltage to the turntable motor while the control calls for cooking and the "turntable" is On. Normal reading suppose to be about 21 VAC. If the reading is correct, replace the turntable motor. I was concerned it may be a door switch issue. Did the motor/smart board fix the issue? I have model JE2160BF03
