Good day folks, hopefully, someone can help me with my issue. 2 weeks ago, oven failed to 'turn on + preheat'. So, i thought the bake element was fried and i replaced it. then the problem changed. now oven goes on to preheat, but does not 'turn off' and i get error code F 10 = runaway temp all the time. so, i said maybe its the temp probe. so i replaced the probe. no change. i'm guessing the only thing left it could be is the 'brains' = electronic board. problem is, when i went to various websites to find the appropriate part, i was unsure which one it was. there are two 'control' type units listed, and the part description/picture is non clear. one says clock/timer, looks like a small board and costs between 150 and 200 (depending upon store). the other looks like a control board also, about the same size, and costs approximately 75 dollars. i'm guessing the one i want is the more expensive one, but would like to know for sure before purchasing so i dont get the wrong one.
THANKS!!! larry
