We have a GE gas stove with a digital panel, when I push the bake button and arrow to desired temp. it will show the desired temp. choosen, then a few seconds late the temp. drops to 100 and a box under the #100 with the word on inside it comes on and the oven then will not heat up. We are trying to find a manual, but in the meantime do you think you can help us out?

Thank you

Hi Suanne,

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the range. You can find it on the frame behind the bottom drawer.

Hi Suanne,

Remove the oven floor and the flame spreader. Check for 120VAC coming to the igniter while the control calls for heat.

If there is 120VAC then the igniter has to be replaced.

If there is no 120VAC then the control board has to be replaced.

- The part number for the oven igniter is AP2014008

- The part number for the control board is AP2025164
