Washer won't agitate or spin..Could it be the shaft and mode shifter asm..we replaced the timer and motor it still won';t agitate.We have shut the washer off turn to cold wash,spin the dial 360 degres raised and shut lid 6 times in twelve seconds.pull timer out still won't start.timer hums but it won't agitate or spin..Does shafter and mode shifter come apart at the bottom of the shaft where the electric wire goes in
