Most likely it does not work on the high speed due to the bad high speed motor winding, loose connection at the motor plug or a broken wire. - The part number for the motor is AP2905451 Gene.

However I did notice an electrical part (I think would be a capacitor, Part Number: AP3861916) near the motor. Could it be faulty? Thanks, Okey
