I changed the EOC. The F20 is gone and the range works perfectly. The cooktop doesnt work still. It has power going to the controllers but when you turn them on nothing happens. Any ideas?

There are no reset buttons and/or fuses. Most likely the problem is a bad power supply board (#99 on the diagram). It provides power for all surface elements control boards.
