what else can i say? my gas dryer does not start; its as if its not pluged in. please help!

So if you have a volt meter, check the power where the plug goes into the dryer for proper power. You could also try to flip the dryer breaker off and on a few times, and then check it. ok then, what do you think the problem is if its NOT the thermal fuse. (it is a gas dryer). as i mentioned, there is NO response to pushing the start button, no matter what settings everything else is on. any ideas???

I wouk jump out the door switch. It usually is not a timer when it is dead! Jump out the door switch, and see if it comes on. If you have a ohm meter, ohm out the thermostats and see if they have continuity. Tom
