I Checked And The Faucets Are On, Checked The Inlet Screens, Hoses Are Not Kinked, And Water Hoses Are Not Frozen. What Could Be The Problem?

Is there a part that lets the washer know when to shut the water off. I even push pause button and then push the start button again and it dose the same thing over again.
