I have the dryer opened up and my friend couldn't figure out how to make the belt tight. He said that the pulley arm had a piece missing. When I felt inside the dryer, it felt like the pulley was "floating". No springs or anything appear to have come loose---nothing was banging around in the dryer. He said there was a piece missing that would connect or somehow tighten the pulley arm.
His english isn't great, but usually he can fix things. I showed him the diagram but we still can figure this out. Help!!:( the instructions make it look easy, but it isn't for us!
