Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/3/2010(UTC) Posts: 6		first of all the microwave was blowing fuses anytime you tried to heat anything I tested the mag and it tested good Then I replaced the diode and the capasitor and it still pop's fuse even with the mag disconnected completely I am suspecting the transformer everythin works untill try to cook. Any help on testing the transformer or am I doing something wrong?

All procedures are described in the Service manual. Gene.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/14/2010(UTC) Posts: 55		make sure that right where the microwaves leave the magnetron there is not any black burned stuff or any thing that will cause a refelction back . sometimes there is a clear piece of plastic of some sort that will get all black and cause a reflection issue causeing magnetrons to blow or fuses to open
