Hello there! My Kenmore Washer is no longer draining nor spinning. It will aggitate at the start of the cycle and after where it's supposed to drain and rinse. I am wondering if it's an issue with a lid switch, but I'm not too sure as to what it's suppose to look like? :o

Probably a bad lid switch, just remove outer panel and replace.

Hi
I have the same problem with the same model and it is the safety switch on the lid. You can install it yourself. Call the parts department and do it yourself, you'll save a lot of money.
