Frigidaire electric range: Oven and display not working, though surface burners and oven lamp are fine. The wife said she heard a "pop". (There was an electrical storm at the time.) Did some research, and think that it's the EOC, part #316207509 (changed to 316207529). Does this check out? Thanks for your help.

Most likely the problem is a bad EOC (aka clock).

- APP part number for the clock is AP3764682
