Hi,

My customer owns a GE oven and microwave combo built in. I can't seem to find the exact model number on this sit.

my unit jkp86soh4ss
similar ? jkp86sh4ss (does not use the "o")

Are they the same?

The oven went bad, turns out it is the DBL relay on the keyboard circuit board, I temporarily jumped it...all is good. If the other similar model number is the same, I would consider ordering the keypad assembly AP3793418, but does it include the actual circuit board with the relays?

The microwave too went bad, seems to be the hv section, I will do more tests to isolate the diode vs. the mag, vs. the hv transformer.

Is the similar model number above the same as my unit?

Greg

Greg,

In most cases GE does not use "O" in model numbers for diagrams and/or part lists. So the diagrams for the model number Model JKP86SH4SS is what you really need.

According to the problem description you posted, the correction is to replace the oven control board.

- The oven control board Part number: AP3792790
