It runs, and everything but no food getting hot. I dont have the reciept. I have the box. Any suggestions? thanks Pam var prodBrand = 'Kenmore';

The microwave runs, but occassionally makes helcopter/train like sound (you would suspect that the base plate inside is not in balance, but that is not the case). At the end of it, the food is as cold as when you put it in there. The thing was running fine, and failed abruptly. Any ideas? Is there a chance of repair within a reasonable budget? It is model 665.60654000.
