The washer will over flow in the fill and rinse cycle. I can shout off the water and the cycle will run until more water is required. I can turn the water back on and the cycle will complete. What part do I need to replace to control the water?

If the water will not stop coming in when you stop the machine and you have to actually shut off the valves, then the problem is likely in the water valves being stuck.

There are two different valves for this machine, so talk to APP or your parts supplier to get the right one.
