Bought my house brand new and it came with Whirlpool appliances and my dishwasher never drained all the water from the beginning. Anybody know what could be the reason? Thank you

Could be they screwed up the installation.

Here is the install sheet for that unit.

Remove the drain hose from the house plumbing and drain it into a pail to see if it not drains OK. Hold the hose in place in the pail and put a towel over the top unless you want a shower.

Note that where the drain hose connects to the house plumbing is a common spot for a plug to occur.

Also here is a GE install it shows better how to loop up the drain hose if a air gap is not used
