nd (not draining error) this model doesn't have the debris filter as in some models behind a small door. Got the water to drain out manually. can't find a part number for the pump. is there a way to test to see if its the motor or the pump itself. I have the pump assembly out. Please help! Thank you.

I am having the same problem with my Samsung WF316LAS/XXA. I have replaced the drain pump and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
