Got the water to drain out manually. can't find a part number for the pump. is there a way to test to see if its the motor or the pump itself. I have the pump assembly out. Please help! Thank you.:confused:

Thank you.:confused: I took the pump apart and there was a matchstick preventing the impellor from moving. Removed it and reassembled. It works fine so far! I hope this helps someone else.
