My magic chef oven (model 6898xrb) was not heating well (would have to turn it up to 550 to bake cupcakes and they still took 45 minutes) We replaced the temperature sensor and now we are getting an F3 code. Any help woulf be appreciated.

Check to make sure the temp sensor is securely connected.

All connections seem secure, any other possiblities?? Would a faulty keypad cause an F3 error code? In the past we were getting an F1 error code, we unplugged the keypad for a while, after reconnecting it we stopped getting the error code. Could this now be a keypad problem?

F3 refers to "open or shorted temperature sensor". If the sensor is good, then the board may be bad.
