My freezer is working but the other side in not. There is ice build up in the freezer side. The heater was changed twice and the switch (thermostat) was also replaced. But now agin the same thing is being repeated. The techs came and said that both the heater and swith is working now the main control unit the board has to be changed. Please help me as i dont want to spend more money on this and turning out not to be fixed. Whats the real issue?????

Pull the freezer panel and descibe the frost pattern.
