the washer runs all the cicles,agitates and drains the water but won't spin I noticed that if I manually move the tub before or when spin cicle starts, the washer will spin begining from slowly to full spin, any help I will greatlly apreciatted

You have a worn clutch and probable dragging brake shoes. Pull off outer panel, remove pump and motor and turn the tranny coupler clockwise. If hard to turn with fingers, you have dragging brake shoes, if impossible, you have something cought in the tub. Post results.
