have a problem taking the motor out- - says you hold the blower and turn the front motor shaft clockwise=- i do not see the blower =but see a large white nut - about 1 inch = i tired holding the nut while i turned the motor shaft - clockwise - but nut does not move- any ideas

That white nut is the end of the blower. Cloamp vice grips on it and use a pipe wrench to yank the motor pulley clockwise.
