Just replaced the ice bin auger motor with one I received today from AppliancePartsPros.com. It still doesn't work. The relay is kicking in but the motor doesn't budge. Is the new motor bad(it won't turn by hand) or is the relay bad. Thanks..

Apply a test cord to the motor to see if it runs while disconnected from everything.
