 I don't know if the gear mechanism of my washer use some kind of lubricant, I've change the coupling set and remember than something was dripping off from some place, than when I finished to essemble the part, the machine start to work very good, but after two loads a burning smell comming from the washer start to smell in the house , I checked the part but it was ok, so what I did wrong, or what step I missed, thank you.

What kind of smell it was? Electric, oil or...

Did you remove the washer cabinet while replacing the coupling?

Gene.
