The interior light does not come on when the oven is running. Other than this the oven seems to function normally.

The bulb appears to be a flourescent tube that is visible through the grid holes in the floor of the Oven after the glass revolving tray is removed. There is no access to this bulb from the Oven compartment.

I removed the screws and opened the bottom panel hoping to access the bulb that way but I couldn't see a convenient way to get to it. I need instrucions or a manual with instruction as to how to access and change this bulb.

First I turn off the breaker. You to un screw the vent. As you look at your microwave It is at the top across. Mine has one screw, just pup it out. In the middle there is a filter. Take the filter out. Now take nut screw (NOT the phillips screw, this holding the socket) out. Pull up the carry on socket. Change the light blub.
