I have a GE washer model WBVH5100HWW serial # DM204973T and it won't advance to the next cycle. Any ideas?

GE will not release technical data on its machines to anyone outside of GE so it is difficult for us to work on these models.

If you look inside the lower service panel you should find some tech notes which may help you put the machine into a diagnostic mode and troubleshoot your problem.
